Guidewire Cloud Integrator

About This Role

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Guidewire Cloud integrations, focusing on Java-based services and middleware to connect Guidewire Cloud with legacy systems and external applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition of enterprise integration architecture standards and practices
• Document and analyze current-state integrations across Guidewire Cloud and legacy systems
• Develop future-state integration roadmaps aligned with business and IT objectives
• Ensure integration solutions meet enterprise security, performance, and scalability requirements
• Architect integration solutions for Guidewire Cloud (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
• Use Guidewire Cloud APIs and event-based capabilities to integrate enterprise systems
• Design and implement Java-based integration services and middleware
• Develop integration components using modern Java approaches and patterns
• Build and optimize data exchange and messaging solutions using JSON, XML, and event-driven designs
• Establish integration documentation standards, including specifications, diagrams, and versioning practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Guidewire InsuranceSuite Cloud Integration Developer certification or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in Java-based integrations in enterprise environments
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud integrations
• Proven experience documenting integration landscapes and producing high-quality technical documentation
• Experience with API development, integration patterns, and event-driven models
• Hands-on experience with Git version control
• Deep understanding of Guidewire Cloud integration capabilities and architectural patterns
• Strong proficiency in Java for integration-focused development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Java-based integrations in enterprise environments; 3+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud integrations
