Growth Marketing Manager

About This Role

This role is for a proactive growth marketing professional to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, focusing on experimentation, optimization, and scaling to achieve sustainable business expansion for a SaaS product.

Responsibilities

• Identify target markets, develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, and set KPIs to measure success.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various digital channels like paid advertising (PPC), email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, and landing pages.
• Design and implement lead generation initiatives to attract qualified potential customers.
• Optimize the customer acquisition funnel to increase conversion rates and drive new user sign-ups.
• Implement strategies to retain existing customers and encourage upgrades to higher subscription tiers.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, extract actionable insights, and make data-driven adjustments.
• Continuously test different marketing approaches to identify the most effective tactics for maximizing ROI.
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth customer journey.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a SaaS growth marketing professional
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle
• Experience with the AARRR Funnel / Pirate Metrics
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics
• Data analysis and interpretation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to think creatively and experiment with new marketing strategies
