About This Role

Lead product marketing for Intuit's Expert Services (AI + Human Intelligence) initiatives, driving adoption and success through strategic planning, differentiated customer experiences, and measurable business impact, while influencing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage market and competitive intelligence to define function-wide strategies for AI+HI growth opportunities with strategic and executional excellence
  • Develop deep understanding of Expert Services / AI+HI offerings to influence product/service delivery roadmaps, pricing, and entitlements
  • Translate segment and marketplace needs into strategic product marketing plans to drive user acquisition and retention
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative research and A/B testing to roll-out experiences that deliver improved business outcomes
  • Establish metrics for success and actively analyze business data to generate insights and make informed decisions
  • Craft comprehensive and engaging customer and research-backed narratives and messaging hierarchies
  • Lead with operational rigor through development of principle-based prioritization across AI+HI offerings and initiatives
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of web marketers and operations team members

Requirements

  • 10+ years professional experience in product marketing
  • Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 10+ years professional experience in product marketing

  • Deep knowledge or experience with AI and human intelligence / expert services
  • Strong analytical rigor
  • Experience leading go-to-market efforts in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
