Group Product Manager, Point of Sale

About This Role

Lead the strategy, execution, and team for Point of Sale (POS) Payments products, enabling small and mid-market businesses to accept in-person and remote payments. Own the product vision and roadmap, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and strategy for Point of Sale Payments
• Engage directly with customers, merchants, and internal stakeholders to understand pain points and identify opportunities
• Lead roadmap development and execution, prioritizing based on data and driving merchant growth and adoption
• Drive strong customer and business outcomes by defining success metrics and monitoring performance
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Serve as the connective tissue across teams to drive clarity, momentum, and execution velocity

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Proven ability to lead complex product initiatives from strategy through execution
• Demonstrated ability to translate open-ended business problems into clear product vision and strategy
• Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong product judgment and comfort engaging across technical topics
• Passion for deeply understanding customer needs
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and align cross-functional teams
• Experience working with senior leaders to shape product direction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 8+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of building and scaling customer-facing products

• Experience in Point of Sale, payments, B2C commerce, or mobile product experiences
