Maintain Cincinnati Children's campus grounds, including restriping lots, turf care, snow removal, and general cleanliness, to ensure a safe, clean, and healing environment for all.
Responsibilities
- Restripe designated garages and parking lots and special areas on CCHMC campus locations
- Maintain and enhance turf areas with proper mowing and fertilization procedures
- Remove snow and ice from parking lots and sidewalks to ensure clear and safe passages
- Maintain garages for cleanliness and removal of all trash and debris
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment with proficiency
- Assist with pruning of trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals to provide an acceptable level of plant health and aesthetics
- Assist with construction and maintenance of annual/perennial beds
- Comply with Infection Control policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No directly related experience
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications

Nice to Have
- Participate in obtaining Pesticide Applicators Service License
