Go-To-Market Training and Event Specialist

About This Role

The Go-To-Market Training and Event Specialist will organize and deliver sales training and coaching programs, managing content, planning events, and coordinating communications. This role focuses on creating positive participant experiences and ensuring easy access to necessary tools and resources.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling and end-to-end logistics for in-person training events, workshops, and team programs.
• Manage event setup, room scheduling, technology needs, materials, and on-site support.
• Coordinate marketing, invitations, registration, attendance tracking, and participant communications.
• Schedule, host, and support virtual webinars and training sessions.
• Organize individual and group coaching sessions, including scheduling, communication, and follow-up activities.
• Lead efforts to organize, maintain, and distribute learning materials through SharePoint.
• Serve as the first point of contact for questions about materials, resources, program logistics, and coaching requests.
• Design effective internal communication and marketing strategies to promote Acrisure's GTM Sales Training efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in training, event management, marketing, communications, or sales enablement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with communication technology platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.).
• Experience with presentation engagement tools (PowerPoint, Slido, Pollev, Adobe, LMS).
• Proven ability to coordinate training and communication efforts, manage content libraries, and drive engagement with field sales roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training, event management, marketing, communications, sales enablement, or a related role.
