General Superintendent - Water / Wastewater

About This Role

Lead and manage field operations for major water/wastewater treatment and pump station projects. This role involves mentoring field teams, partnering with project managers, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct all field operations on major water/wastewater treatment, pump station projects
• Oversee and mentor field leadership, including Superintendents and Foremen
• Partner with Project Managers and Estimators to improve constructability and efficiency
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance at every phase
• Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a self-perform environment building water and wastewater infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of excavation/backfill, concrete, and piping/mechanical
• Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach
• Experience leading $50M+ W/WW projects
• Commitment to safety, quality, and team success

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing water infrastructure projects in a self-perform environment
