Lead and manage the operations of a Quick Quack Car Wash location, driving sales, overseeing P&L, and developing a team to deliver world-class customer service. This role focuses on inspiring success and ensuring high-quality car wash experiences.
Responsibilities
- Hire and retain a team of smart, kind, and driven people
- Invest time to help each team member achieve personal and professional goals
- Provide regular feedback to improve skills and leadership abilities
- Grow top-line revenue and membership through enthusiastic customer interaction
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for team and guests
- Learn about car wash soaps and equipment
- Collaborate with maintenance experts to maintain soap and equipment
- Work outdoors with the team, teaching, coaching, and inspiring
- Provide customers with a positive experience worth talking about
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through meetings and training
- Handle discipline and termination of team members in accordance with policy
- Train and develop team members in service, cashiering, and safety
- Oversee productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling of team members
- Monitor location financials and contribute to reaching financial goals
- Prepare and handle daily cash deposits
- Order, stock, and maintain merchandise and inventory
- Handle vehicle damage claims with urgency
- Ensure location is clean and well-maintained, performing general housekeeping as needed
- Assist customers in locating products, resolving complaints, or providing information
- Properly use membership approach when interacting with new customers
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Record of developing Team Members and Leaders
- Self-motivated and results-driven leader
- Record of driving results (revenue, EBITDA, etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to read, count, and write accurately
- Ability to work various hours, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to smile and maintain a clean appearance as per dress and grooming standards
- Experience hiring and training team members
- Experience managing cost/expenses/scheduling
- Ability to ensure product and location represent company standards
- Responsible and familiar with Profit and Loss Statements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience being responsible for the results of a high-performing store, location, or company.
