About This Role

Lead and manage a Moe's Southwest Grill restaurant, overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and team development to achieve return on investment and maintain high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

  • Attract, select, and retain quality employees and hourly management for restaurant operations
  • Onboard and train employees to brand standards, providing continuous coaching and feedback
  • Develop schedules and position employees effectively while ensuring adherence to company policies and laws
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, friendliness of service, cleanliness, and safety to meet or exceed brand standards
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints and feedback
  • Lead and manage local store marketing efforts and catering sales
  • Drive financial results by forecasting sales, maximizing profitability, and controlling costs
  • Accurately perform administrative duties including financial reports and profit and loss statement analysis
  • Maintain the restaurant facility and equipment in working order

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years restaurant management experience
  • ServSafe certified

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate Degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent experience in restaurant operations.
