General Manager

About This Role

As a General Manager on the Field Operations team, you will be responsible for the overall success of Landing's operations in the Wilmington market, ensuring an exceptional member experience. This hands-on role involves managing reservations, maintaining property standards, and leading local teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage short-term reservations, coordinating with booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with booking platform representatives and property partners
• Oversee the end-to-end reservation process, acting as the key point of contact to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries, support requests, and ticket resolutions efficiently
• Form partnerships with and oversee property housekeeping teams
• Evaluate property and home condition, ensuring inventory meets Landing standards
• Oversee market metrics, resolve member support tickets, and act as liaison with property management teams
• Complete multiple daily tasks simultaneously and build processes for the future
• Evaluate market performance against key performance indicators (NPS, CSAT, Cleaning Quality, Market Growth)
• Build weekly market performance reports and present to Field Operations leaders
