General Manager

About This Role

The General Manager leads and supports Elase Med Spa locations, driving consistent sales growth and ensuring the highest level of service to clients. This role fosters an empowering culture and ensures operational and sales expectations are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10+ employees with diverse sales and medical expertise
• Train and develop a team to operate with high standards of operations and client service
• Monitor spa goals including revenue, margins, provider sales, and client retention
• Manage all aspects of spa operations, including sales, customer service, and employee relations
• Own the full inventory lifecycle to ensure precise inventory management
• Devise strategic business plans by analyzing sales results
• Collaborate with corporate cross-functional partners to provide staff and client feedback
• Address all client feedback, escalating to regional and executive leadership as necessary
• Stay curious and continuously provide feedback on process, procedures, and policy improvements
• Identify high-potential team members and create an internal pipeline for advancement

Requirements

• High School diploma
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience managing high performing teams
• Demonstrated achievement in managing a P&L, exceeding sales and KPI targets
• Fluent in computer and phone skills; technical knowledge of various software and applications (MS Office Suite, HubSpot)
• Ability to lead and develop diverse employees in a fast-paced work environment
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to hold team members accountable to sales and core values expectations
• Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
• Genuine interest in the aesthetics industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required
• 4+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years managing high-performing teams, and demonstrated achievement in managing a P&L and exceeding sales and KPI targets. Experience in hospitality, retail, spa, or multi-unit beauty/wellness preferred.
