About This Role

This role is responsible for the overall planning and direction of restaurant operations, driving sales, managing profitability, and developing a high-performing team to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Know and execute the company's mission statement
  • Adhere to budget and plans including sales goals, profit projections, capital requirements, and staff needs
  • Act as Guest Services Coordinator during peak volumes and assign others as needed
  • Generate profit by controlling food, labor, and operating costs, and driving sales
  • Complete regular inventory counts according to company standard
  • Review general business climate for the restaurant and adjust staff and inventories as needed
  • Accurately prepare payroll for review
  • Manage all personnel files in accordance with local and federal laws
  • Schedule employees based on business needs and budget
  • Hire, terminate, cultivate, and discipline employees, including proper handling of all documentation
  • Ensure financial reporting is consistent with restaurant standards and produced monthly
  • Operate in an environmentally conscious manner minimizing disposables when possible
  • Promote restaurant marketing programs
  • Manage accurate online hours of operation for all platforms
