General Manager

About This Role

Lead and manage all aspects of operations for a prestigious private golf club in Baltimore, MD. This role requires a hands-on leader to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across golf operations, food & beverage, agronomy, sales, and merchandising
• Develop and execute short- and long-term financial and operational plans
• Partner with corporate revenue, marketing, and sales teams to drive growth and engagement
• Recruit, develop, lead, and retain a high-quality management and service team
• Monitor financial performance, forecasts, payroll, inventory, and expenses to meet targets
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional member and guest service
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in golf, hospitality, or service-driven environments
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Results-oriented leader who builds strong teams and relationships
