About This Role

This role involves overseeing the entire operations of a Kia dealership, leading a diverse team, and driving financial performance through strategic sales and marketing efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales, service, and administrative professionals
  • Manage the dealership's financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and profit maximization
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to boost revenue and market share
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory levels, pricing, and procurement
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and standards

Requirements

  • Proven dealership management experience in Kia, Hyundai, or Nissan
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Experience with dealership management software and tools

Qualifications

  • Proven dealership management experience, especially in Kia, Hyundai, or Nissan brands, including a strong track record of success
