This role involves overseeing the entire operations of a Kia dealership, leading a diverse team, and driving financial performance through strategic sales and marketing efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales, service, and administrative professionals
- Manage the dealership's financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and profit maximization
- Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to boost revenue and market share
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee inventory levels, pricing, and procurement
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and standards
Requirements
- Proven dealership management experience in Kia, Hyundai, or Nissan
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and emerging technologies
- Experience with dealership management software and tools
Qualifications
- Proven dealership management experience, especially in Kia, Hyundai, or Nissan brands, including a strong track record of success
