Gatehouse Attendant

About This Role

Serve as a Gatehouse Attendant for the Seven Canyons Road Association, controlling traffic, assisting residents and guests, and preparing reports, while also performing security patrols and responding to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate flow of traffic at property entrance, including construction vehicles, members/guests, staff, and tourists
• Assist villa members and townhome guests with check-ins and vehicle passes after 5 PM
• Respond to villa phone requests and provide directions or escort as necessary
• Deliver newspapers to villas
• Prepare daily vehicle tracking logs, construction vehicle logs, Rachel's knoll logs, and gatehouse activity logs
• Monitor villa arrivals, departures, and house status reports
• Patrol property, including clubhouse and maintenance facilities
• Lock doors and check lights throughout the property
• Review security camera footage
• Respond to property emergencies as needed

Requirements

• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Ability to be self-motivated with a friendly demeanor
• Common sense in the welfare of residents and property
