Community Standards Coordinator

About This Role

The Community Standards Coordinator maintains a high degree of customer service in all resident inquiries and interactions, provides general information on HOA governing documents, and manages violations. This role involves conducting community inspections and assisting homeowners with architectural review processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations of deed restrictions with specific reference to property maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph, and record all violations.
• Assist Homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
• Prepare applications for committee review.

• Reliable means of transportation (personal vehicle may be required)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including possible evenings and weekends

Nice to Have

• CAM license (Required in Florida, Georgia and Nevada within six months of hire).
