Responsibilities

• Conduct gastroenterology consultations, evaluations, and procedures
• Diagnose and treat digestive system disorders
• Perform endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopies, upper endoscopies, and biopsies
• Provide patient education and counseling on digestive health and disease prevention
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities

Requirements

• Board Certified/Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Strong knowledge of gastrointestinal anatomy, physiology, and pathology
• Experience with endoscopic procedures and interpretation of results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dedication to providing high-quality patient care
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education

Nice to Have

• ERCP skills
• Option of performing EUS (Endoscopic Ultrasonography)
