Full Time Branch Ambassador

About This Role

As a Branch Ambassador, you will redefine the banking experience by helping customers with transactions, resolving inquiries, and sharing product knowledge. You will ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations while enhancing financial literacy within the community.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals
• Monitor fraud mitigation and adhere to established operational policies and procedures
• Resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently
• Help customers with technology challenges and share product/service information
• Reduce customer financial anxiety by helping determine personal and business financial needs
• Ensure all audit and security policies and procedures are followed in accordance with Bank policy and Federal regulations
• Support customers in all areas of the branch, including cash handling and service needs
• Educate customers on other banking channels, products, and services using digital tools
• Research and answer customer inquiries to enhance customer retention and engagement
• Travel between branches in assigned local area to support the market

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience

• Associate’s degree
• 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience
