Floral Designer

About This Role

Performs all aspects of floral designing, including creating arrangements, receiving and preparing plants and flowers. This role also supports retail shop functions like cashiering, assisting customers, and stock work to ensure customer satisfaction at Barnes-Jewish Hospital's Plaza Shop.

Responsibilities

• Performs retail sales functions and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Designs floral arrangements, including order delivery.
• Receives and prepares plants and flowers, design plants, fresh and silk arrangements.
• Assists customers, resolves problems and meets customer needs.

Requirements

• Floral Design experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• No supervisor experience required. Floral design experience required.
