Floating Leasing / Sales Consultant - Active Adult

About This Role

The Floating Leasing/Sales Consultant supports multiple properties within a designated market by executing marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This role performs all leasing and marketing activities to attract and retain residents, ensuring high satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve property revenue and occupancy goals
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and show apartment homes
• Process applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks
• Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensuring smooth resident move-in and lease signing
• Continually update market survey and develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy
• Design and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic
• Use property management software (Entrata, Yardi) to track activities and manage data
• Ensure property and show units meet company standards for show quality
• Execute and perform activities in support of the property’s lease renewal program
• Respond quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions
• Attend community and networking events, participate in outreach marketing efforts
• Utilize current CRM to maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospect database
• Assist with daily, meaningful prospect follow-up and coordinate creative follow-up deliveries
• Organize and ensure adequate supply of fully assembled sales collateral, marketing and outreach packets
• Maintain files and marketing materials for realtors, transition companies, and moving companies
