Financial Analyst

About This Role

The Financial Analyst will support FP&A and accounting leadership within a growing, multi-location organization. This role involves financial reporting, data analysis, and generating business insights, offering high visibility and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting, including Revenue, COGS, and SG&A across multiple business segments
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, including account mapping and reporting consistency
• Prepare variance analyses, KPI summaries, and recurring management reports for leadership
• Assist with budget preparation, data collection, and periodic forecast updates
• Provide analytical and reporting support related to equity-based programs and financial reporting
• Support cash flow reporting, balance sheet analytics, and key financial schedules
• Collaborate with Accounting and Corporate Finance teams on reconciliations and supporting documentation
• Help maintain and enhance recurring FP&A processes and monthly reporting cadence
• Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects for finance leadership
• Assist with reporting and data improvements within a large-scale ERP environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong Excel skills with high attention to detail
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Foundational experience in financial analysis, reporting, or data analysis
• Comfort working with large datasets and structured financial reporting
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Python

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 0-3 years of relevant experience
