About This Role

Support FP&A initiatives, prepare corporate financial presentations, and provide divisional financial support for a company based in Scottsdale, AZ. This role demands strong analytical skills and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly corporate financial reporting packages
Analyze consolidated financial data and develop materials for executive and Board-level reporting
Implement or support improvements, corrections, or new programs related to financial operations and reporting
Support FP&A processes including business planning, forecasting, budget vs. actual analysis, profitability and variance analysis, operational and performance reviews, and capital appropriation requests
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful financial insights

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of finance and accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience applying forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis techniques
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and produce actionable insights
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
