About This Role

This Financial Analyst role involves leading the analysis and administration of global sales incentive compensation, ensuring accurate payouts and strong internal controls to support revenue and operational excellence. The position requires deep experience in sales compensation administration and analytics, with a focus on process improvement and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the accurate calculation and processing of incentive compensation for the company’s global sales organization
  • Partner with Sales Operations to manage compensation credit adjustments and retroactive changes
  • Analyze commission inquiries, provide reporting support, and resolve complex compensation issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline, automate, and enhance end-to-end commission workflows
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to maintain and deploy annual global compensation plans
  • Create and maintain documentation to support strong internal controls and compliance standards
  • Support internal and external audit activities related to incentive compensation processes
  • Build strong working relationships with Sales, Finance, Accounting, IT, and HR stakeholders

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales compensation administration, finance, or accounting
  • Demonstrated experience administering and analyzing incentive compensation plans
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in sales compensation administration, finance, or accounting

Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales compensation platforms (e.g., incentive compensation management tools)
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience supporting audit processes and internal control frameworks
