Financial Analyst

About This Role

Manage Supply Chain Management (SCM) PSI activities, communicate effectively with account and headquarters teams, and report on product PSI status to support sales performance. Create and maintain financial analysis reports, analyze financial data, and perform post-mortem analysis on promotions.

Responsibilities

• Manage SCM PSI activities including selling, sellout, inventory, WOS
• Communicate professional emails to account team and headquarters, articulating complex updates in a simplified way
• Communicate face to face with account teams and RPM teams
• Report on product PSI status, understand and execute decisions based on internal and customer numbers
• Work closely with the sales team, holding sales counterparts accountable to drive improved self-out performance
• Create and maintain financial analysis reports for NC team and respective sales channel
• Analyze actual financial data; create and manage investment trackers for NC and sales channel
• Perform post-mortem analysis on promotions
• Respond to all NCME financial related requests and perform ad-hoc analysis as needed
• Liaison between NC team and financial management team to support financial related requests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 4+ years of experience
• Financial acumen and highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
