Finance Analyst I

About This Role

As a Financial Analyst, you will conduct financial analysis to understand revenue and expense drivers, support the annual budget process, and generate monthly forecasts. You will create key performance indicators and update monthly reporting, acting as a liaison for business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial forecast process for key business units or departments
• Develop key growth drivers and facilitate deeper understanding of impacts to revenue
• Create and perform key performance indicators
• Communicate financial analysis to the financial team and management
• Create and maintain management reporting packages
• Support monthly forecasting and annual budget process
• Prepare ad hoc projects as necessary
• Maintain Hyperion Financial System which supports Budget and Forecast

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or closely related discipline
• 0-1 years’ experience in financial analysis
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and self-motivated
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or closely related discipline
• 0-1 years’ experience in financial analysis

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion products
