Senior Analyst, Vendor Management

About This Role

This role involves driving data governance, quality assurance, and executive-level reporting for the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. The Senior Analyst will leverage technical expertise in ProcessUnity configuration, automation, and data analytics to meet regulatory and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize workflows, questionnaires, dashboards, and reporting within ProcessUnity
• Automate processes and integrate ProcessUnity with other enterprise systems
• Serve as system administrator, managing user roles, permissions, and system performance
• Establish and enforce data governance standards across TPRM datasets
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory exams
• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau
• Perform complex data analysis using SQL and advanced Excel (including Macros and VBA)
• Create executive-level presentations in PowerPoint and process flow diagrams in Visio
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Collaborate with IT and risk teams for system enhancements and integration

Requirements

• 3+ years in Third Party Risk Management or Vendor Risk within financial services
• Previous ProcessUnity configuration and administration (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with ProcessUnity or similar GRC platforms
• Proven track record in data governance, automation, and analytics
• Automation tools and workflow optimization experience
• Advanced Power BI and Tableau for visualization
• SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, VBA) for advanced modeling
• PowerPoint for executive reporting
• Visio (or similar) for process mapping
• Experience managing user roles, permissions, and API integrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Risk Management, or 5+ years of related work experience
• 3+ years in Third Party Risk Management or Vendor Risk within financial services
