Join a three-year rotational program in Finance & Accounting, gaining broad exposure across CHS’s finance organization through structured, 12-month rotations. This program builds foundational skills, deepens business understanding, and prepares associates for long-term career growth within CHS.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen accounting and finance skills while building a strong foundation in people, processes, and technology
- Develop business and financial acumen through structured training and on-the-job learning
- Report, interpret, and analyze financial results and data
- Identify and drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Leverage financial systems to deliver value-added insights
- Engage with teammates and business leaders through mentorship, exposure to senior leaders, and a peer cohort network
- Partner with business units and functional teams to support decision-making
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying the CHS cooperative spirit
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Ag Business, Business Management, or similar major
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Ag Business, Business Management, or similar major
- Previous internship or work experience in accounting or finance is a plus, but not required
Nice to Have
- Experience or interest in the agriculture or energy industries
- Previous internship or work experience in accounting or finance
- Ability to translate key data points into actionable insights
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
