About This Role

This is an entry-level Field Service Representative role focused on providing services to Inizio’s client, a top biotechnology company. The role involves supporting brand initiatives, engaging healthcare professionals, and maintaining expert understanding of products and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing brand initiatives including transition from retail to specialty pharmacy partners
  • Broaden brand awareness by fulfilling basic office needs that reinforce product acquisition with healthcare settings
  • Engage with HCPs by probing, answering questions where physician is currently sending scripts and why potential benefits of a new approach where to find supply
  • Maintain an expert understanding of the Product, access landscape, patient and consumer education, and factors influencing the market environment
  • Use only approved promotional materials to support marketing message
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of related disease state and market dynamics, quality programs, health information technology, and care trends
  • Implement the strategic call plan to exceed goals for assigned geographies
  • Exhibit territory knowledge through customer analysis and tailoring a unique sales approach for each Target office
  • Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize opportunities and develop/implement strategy for targeted accounts
  • Ensure providers understand the benefits of utilizing specialty pharmacy networking at the local level to support patient access to care
  • Employ interaction techniques, including pre-call planning, presentation focus, productive questions, issue identification, and call summary
  • Customize the delivery of sales messages to align with known customer needs
  • Share information on approved support resources
  • Complete all call reporting responsibilities following current procedures
  • Balance needed study and certification time, during off-territory hours, required to learn medical, product and policy information, and to maintain supplies, equipment, and records
  • Prepare for and participate in all required field meetings and training classes at local or remote locations
  • Complete all required Compliance training within timelines set by client

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience such as Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical/Medical Device Sales, Professional Sales or Promotional Activity, Small Business Owner or other Entrepreneurial experience, Marketing, Customer Service or Account Management, Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT), Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal), or Full Time Military experience
  • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory
  • Willingness to travel
  • Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical/medical device sales, professional sales or promotional activity, small business ownership, marketing, customer service, account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military experience
