Field Service Engineer

About This Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial coding and marking equipment at customer sites, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting business growth. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, provide technical support and training to customers, and manage assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial printing and coding equipment at customer manufacturing sites
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues and implement effective solutions
• Provide technical support and training to customers to optimize equipment performance
• Manage assigned customer accounts and identify opportunities to increase value through service agreements or additional solutions
• Track and escalate technical issues according to established procedures to ensure timely resolution
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting regional and company performance goals

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent technical training (mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related field) or relevant military/technical experience
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or electronic equipment in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities, including standing, bending, and lifting, throughout the day

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent technical training (mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related field) or relevant military/technical experience
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or electronic equipment in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
