This role involves installing and maintaining patient simulators at medical-related customer sites. This position requires extensive travel from Monday to Friday within a specified market.
Responsibilities
- Install patient simulators at medical-related customer sites
- Perform maintenance on patient simulators
- Travel within the greater area of the specified market to ensure simulators are working properly
- Perform preventive maintenance on simulators
Requirements
- Base-level IT knowledge
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, IP addressing)
- Well-versed with Windows 11
- Flexible to travel Monday through Friday
- Reliable form of transportation
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of IT knowledge experience preferred
Nice to Have
- Good electronics aptitude
- Strong customer service skills
