Serve as the frontline customer interaction for Videojet Technologies by providing daily service and support for industrial printing, coding, and marking equipment. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining advanced industrial equipment at customer sites while operating from a home office.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing care and support for customer equipment
- Install products and solutions at customer locations
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges and problems
- Become a trusted advisor and partner for customers to develop excellent relationships
- Extend Videojet's market footprint by promoting service agreements and newer technology
Requirements
- Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
- Up to two years of technical experience
- Basic computer/technical skills (email, software, phone apps, Microsoft Word)
- Compliance with PPE, safety and registration requirements of customers
- Ability to perform and/or tolerate all physical requirements of the job
