Join a team supporting Patient Simulators at medical-related customer sites, performing installations and preventive maintenance. This role provides next-generation training methods in a precise way for professionals and students.
Responsibilities
- Install Patient Simulators at medical-related customer sites such as Hospitals and Universities
- Perform maintenance on Patient Simulators to ensure proper functioning
- Travel within the specified market to conduct preventive maintenance
- Participate in a 13-week training program requiring travel
- Adhere to travel schedules, including potential overnight stays and flights
Requirements
- Base-level IT knowledge
- Familiarity with Networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, IP ADDRESSING)
- Well versed with Windows 10
- Flexibility to travel Monday through Friday (driving or flying)
- Reliable form of transportation
- Ability to pass an IKM Assessment (similar to CompTIA A+)
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience, or for recent graduates
Nice to Have
- Good electronics aptitude
- Strong Customer Service Skills
