Provide on-site preventative maintenance, installation, and training for Anton Paar's high-precision measuring instruments, primarily in the Midwest region. This role involves troubleshooting, repair, and calibration at customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site service including preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines primarily in the Midwest
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of instruments at customer sites within the assigned region
- Manage inventory, trip planning, and administrative tasks related to service functions
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining complex analytical instruments
- Ability to work independently and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools
- Associate's degree in engineering or related technical field
- Availability for frequent overnight travel (total travel up to 90%)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Passport
