Field Sales Representative

About This Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will prospect small and mid-sized businesses to sell payroll and HR solutions from Auris, an Acrisure company. This role involves explaining the value proposition, upselling products, and closing deals within a fast sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients for Auris payroll and HR solutions
• Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Atlas)
• Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments
• Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio and industry changes
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with your leader
• Close sales of business solutions with merchants throughout the area

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant sales experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Incentive-driven sales ‘hunter’
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
• Ability to be in the field a minimum of 50% of the time

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• At least two years of relevant experience, preferred prior experience in a B2B Sales role

• Prior experience in a B2B Sales role
• Prior experience with a CRM tool, such as Salesforce or Hubspot
