Family Medicine NP or PA

About This Role

This role offers full-time employment as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with work-life balance, reasonable patient volumes, and no nights or weekends. The provider will deliver primary and preventative care to adults and pediatric patients, including managing chronic conditions and performing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and preventative care to adult and pediatric patients
• Conduct lab/imaging follow-up appointments
• Manage stable chronic medical conditions
• Perform Medicare annual wellness exams
• Perform procedures
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Provide compassionate and patient-centered care

Requirements

• Completion of accredited training program(s)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
• Willingness to learn and grow

Qualifications

• 2-5 years prior APP experience in family medicine, including pediatrics, preferred. New grads are welcome to apply.

Nice to Have

• 2-5 years prior APP experience in family medicine, including peds
• Ability to speak Spanish or Russian
