Facilities Supervisor

About This Role

This role is responsible for leading daily GMP services including Pest Control and/or Janitorial services in a regulated manufacturing environment at the Concord campus. It involves significant vendor management, ensuring compliance with contracts, timely GMP documentation, and effectively managing corrective actions for deviations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day workflow of contracted vendors to ensure deadlines and accurate procedures
• Resolve client concerns and answer questions regarding policies and procedures
• Provide supervision, technical mentorship, and/or training to contracted vendors for GMP Services
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure contract fulfillment
• Oversee general administrative tasks of the local client services team for deliverables and resource deployment
• Communicate with client and facility occupants to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to expand contract scope
• Review all vendor work to assure performance in accordance with client procedures and safety protocols
• Act as a backup resource to support any function as required
• Maintain accurate metrics on maintenance tasks and provide timely reports to management

Requirements

• 4-5 years of job-related experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience
• 4-5 years of job-related experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with managing dining services, janitorial, landscaping, and related vendor management
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
