About This Role

Provide a positive experience for employees at client offices by ensuring the facility is ready, supporting workplace tools, and serving as the first line of response for employee needs.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage security and badging processes
  • Stock supplies, order office supplies, and maintain office aesthetics
  • Manage mail services including receiving, delivering, and shipping
  • Implement workplace programs and operations, including handling service tickets, general repairs, and furniture moves
  • Coordinate and help facilitate safety programs and budget tracking
  • Monitor space utilization and assign workstations
  • Assist with new hire orientations and HR I9 processing
  • Help plan and coordinate social events sponsored by Workday Life programs
  • Manage vendor relationships for office-standard services like coffee/snacks, office supplies, and janitorial services
  • Act as liaison with property management for all building/site issues
  • Serve as liaison/support between Workplace and other departments
  • Schedule work orders via C&W’s CMMS to ensure timely completion
  • Provide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of the office/facility

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of facilities, workplace operations, and/or customer service/hospitality industry experience
  • Experience reconciling budgets for day-to-day workplace operations
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office and various other types of office software
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Time management skills
  • Ability and willingness to take on new tasks, learn new technologies, and adapt to organizational changes

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of facilities, workplace operations and/or customer service/hospitality industry experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a fast-paced, professional setting
  • Some college preferred
  • 3+ years of facilities, workplace operations, and/or customer service/hospitality industry experience
  • Experience with data entry, expansive reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications
