As the Executive Chef, you will work the line and encourage staff development while promoting a positive experience for staff and guests to achieve P&L goals. You will oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including problem resolution and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft memorable dishes
- Nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
- Work hands-on with the team
- Collaborate with the GM and Home Office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
- Ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the bottom line meets expectations
- Work with local farmers to purchase fresh produce
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation
- Dedication to serve others, internally (team-members) and guests
- Hands-on, passion for cooking
- Strong sense of finances, labor, quality control
