About This Role

Provide direct administrative support to the President and CEO of a national trade association, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing high-level correspondence in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the President & CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Maintain records, contact lists, and organizational files for easy access
  • Coordinate priorities with internal teams, board members, and external partners
  • Support planning and execution of internal and external meetings and events
  • Identify and assist with administrative and process improvements
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Provide general executive office and special project support as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in government, nonprofit, or association environments
  • Capitol Hill experience
