Corporate Financial Controller

About This Role

Lead global accounting operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and SOX regulations. Oversee public company reporting, close processes, and act as the primary liaison for external auditors, while developing a multi-layered accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting operations in compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and SOX
• Oversee SEC filings and public company reporting
• Direct monthly and quarterly close and multi-entity consolidations
• Serve as primary liaison to external auditors
• Oversee inventory, cost accounting, and manufacturing accounting functions
• Implement new accounting standards
• Lead and develop a multi-layered accounting team (U.S. and international support)
• Drive process improvements and scalability

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of Big 4 public accounting experience
• Experience auditing large, publicly traded companies
• Active CPA
