Provide high-level, confidential, and strategic administrative support to the President/CEO of the YMCA of Collier County. This role is essential for executive operations, fundraising support, volunteer engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness. The Executive Administrator acts as a trusted partner and liaison to ensure smooth communication and operational flow.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President/CEO and Director of Development
- Serve as a connector between the President/CEO and direct reports, facilitating information flow and priorities
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and correspondence
- Track and support CEO priorities related to strategic plans, capital projects, fundraising, and community initiatives
- Attend committee and board meetings with the CEO and other directed meetings
- Handle confidential matters with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Represent the President/CEO internally and externally as appropriate
- Coordinate Board and committee meetings, including materials, minutes, and action items
- Provide administrative and logistical support for fundraising initiatives and volunteer/donor engagement
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of volunteers
Requirements
- 5–7 years of executive or senior-level administrative experience
- Experience supporting fundraising, volunteer coordination, or Board operations
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–7 years of executive or senior-level administrative experience
