About This Role

This role is for an Executive Administrator to build operational excellence and manage all aspects of real estate transactions for a top-producing team in South Florida. The position focuses on systematizing workflows and creating infrastructure to enable high-level client service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of 35-40 transactions/year from contract to close
  • Document, refine, and automate workflows using Google Suite, Trello, Jotform, Asana
  • Handle daily client communication, negotiation support, and problem-solving
  • Coordinate with inspectors, contractors, lenders, and title companies
  • Ensure zero-error contracts and documentation for quality control
  • Organize and manage 30-40 simultaneous active transactions to meet deadlines
