About This Role

Manage and grow a profitable book of E&S Binding Authority Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance business by developing strong relationships with retail agents and continuously prospecting for new business.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a profitable book of new and renewal business
• Prospect for new business by developing relationships with retail agents through marketing strategies
• Remain up to date with new insurance companies' offers and how to leverage them
• Prospect for new business markets and/or lines to write with sales techniques based in trust and relationship building
• Mentor and train new team members

Requirements

• 2-3 years of E&S binding authority experience
• Knowledge of the sales process and pipeline management

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of E&S binding authority experience

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree
• Licensed
