The Client Service Specialist will support the Amwins Access State Fund team in Santa Rosa, ensuring timely policy processing and accurate workflow within the Agency Management System (Nexsure) for workers' compensation insurance. This role is crucial for smooth day-to-day operations and provides essential support to the Client Service Team.
Responsibilities
- Review, organize, and label incoming correspondence in the ASF Service Outlook inbox.
- Create and assign actions within the AMS (Nexsure) queue to route work to the appropriate Client Service Specialist.
- Support internal and external communication using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and phone.
- Participate in the ASF Service phone queue, directing calls and assisting with inquiries as needed.
- Process loss runs requests for CA State Fund policies.
- Assist the Client Service Team with daily operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and follow-through.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and insurance-related procedures.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and web-based tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Prior work experience preferred in customer service.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with the public or in a customer-service environment.
- Higher education degree.
