Manage a profitable book of E&S new and renewal business for Amwins Access, developing relationships with retail agents and contributing to team success.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a profitable book of new and renewal business
• Prospect for new business by developing relationships with retail agents through marketing strategies
• Remain up to date with new insurance companies' offers and leverage them
• Prospect for new business markets and lines to write using sales techniques based in trust and relationship building
• Mentor and train new team members

Requirements

• 2-3 years of E&S binding authority experience
• Knowledge of the sales process and pipeline management
• Ability to travel

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of E&S binding authority experience

• Bachelor’s degree
