EPIC Cadence Analyst

About This Role

This role is for an EPIC Cadence Applications Analyst who will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications within a medical center facility, focusing on Decision Tree build for patient call centers and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications
• Design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line
• Achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, and understand policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application
• Work with business owners, vendors, and other ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests
• Focus on Decision Tree build for onboarding specialties to the centralized Patient Call Center
• Perform build related to implementing new requests and optimization of current workflows
• Perform Nova upgrade notes and input as needed for integration projects across the health system
• Assist with high-priority break-fix tickets

Requirements

• Cadence Certification with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Cadence Decision Tree experience
• Break-fix problem investigation and resolution
• Nova (Epic Upgrade) notes
• New DEP Cadence Build

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Cadence Certification in EPIC Cadence Applications
