The Environmental Services Manager in Training will develop leadership skills and learn best practices in support services operations, safety, and quality control. This role aims to prepare individuals for future management positions within Crothall Healthcare, focusing on areas like environmental services, patient transportation, and laundry & linen.
Responsibilities
- Learn best practices of Compass Group sector
- Facilitate practices in operations management, safety, and quality control
- Participate in hiring and training processes
- Manage payroll, profit and loss, and inventory
- Complete on-site, hands-on learning at a training location
- Participate in Compass Group's Accelerated Manager Program (AMP)
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree received by June 2026 or prior
- Driver’s License
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree received by June 2026 or prior
- One year of customer service or related work or internship experience preferred
Nice to Have
- One year of customer service or related work or internship experience
- Willingness to relocate for the right role or advancement opportunity
- Demonstrated financial acumen including profit and loss management, inventory, and cash handling skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of contract administration and client relations
- Basic knowledge of operating and maintenance instructions, safety regulations, codes and policies
- Mechanical inclination
- Competency in all Microsoft Office applications
