About This Role

Maintain facility areas and equipment cleanliness for a healthcare facility, ensuring a clean and orderly environment. This part-time role involves servicing cleaning equipment, managing supplies, and disposing of waste following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service cleaning equipment
• Stock cleaning carts with supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in storeroom and closets
• Collect, transport, and dispose of trash and bio-hazardous materials following established safety protocols
• Fix and maintain cleaning equipment
• Identify potential safety hazards and act accordingly

Requirements

• 1 year of cleaning experience
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to push containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English
• Mechanical abilities to fix and maintain cleaning equipment

Qualifications

• 1 year of cleaning experience required
