Maintain facility areas and equipment cleanliness for a healthcare facility, ensuring a clean and orderly environment. This part-time role involves servicing cleaning equipment, managing supplies, and disposing of waste following safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and service cleaning equipment
- Stock cleaning carts with supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in storeroom and closets
- Collect, transport, and dispose of trash and bio-hazardous materials following established safety protocols
- Fix and maintain cleaning equipment
- Identify potential safety hazards and act accordingly
Requirements
- 1 year of cleaning experience
- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to push containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English
- Mechanical abilities to fix and maintain cleaning equipment
Qualifications
- 1 year of cleaning experience required
