About This Role

This role involves customer engagement and consultative sales, educating customers on natural-based plant health solutions for lawns, trees, and pest care. It blends customer service, problem-solving, and sales with an emphasis on empathy and delivering a consistent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer needs assessments for lawn, tree, and pest concerns
• Provide clear explanations of natural-based treatment options
• Ensure consistent customer experience across all interactions
• Recommend service packages tailored to customer needs
• Close sales in real time or through follow-up conversations
• Manage upfront and residual commission workflows
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM
• Engage in a proactive, supportive team environment
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and text
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development sessions

Requirements

• Customer-facing background preferred
• Basic proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Must be 18+
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent active listening and communication
• Empathy and strong customer service instincts
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Motivation, discipline, and team orientation
• Ability to operate in a structured, high-volume environment

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background preferred (phone or in-person)
