This role involves customer engagement and consultative sales, educating customers on natural-based plant health solutions for lawns, trees, and pest care. It blends customer service, problem-solving, and sales with an emphasis on empathy and delivering a consistent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer needs assessments for lawn, tree, and pest concerns
- Provide clear explanations of natural-based treatment options
- Ensure consistent customer experience across all interactions
- Recommend service packages tailored to customer needs
- Close sales in real time or through follow-up conversations
- Manage upfront and residual commission workflows
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM
- Engage in a proactive, supportive team environment
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and text
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development sessions
Requirements
- Customer-facing background preferred
- Basic proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Must be 18+
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent active listening and communication
- Empathy and strong customer service instincts
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Motivation, discipline, and team orientation
- Ability to operate in a structured, high-volume environment
Qualifications
- Customer-facing background preferred (phone or in-person)
