Entry Level Auto Finance Representative

About This Role

This role involves handling customer accounts, customer care, or title associate duties to support auto finance operations, ensuring accurate processing and customer satisfaction for an IT services client.

Responsibilities

• Receive and make courtesy calls to customers who are 1–29 days past due
• Assist customers with adding or updating payment methods, setting up auto‑pay, and resetting passwords
• Answer inbound calls regarding account questions, payment options, title requests, and website/login issues
• Provide internal and external customer service support, including 10–20 inbound and outbound calls per day
• Research, analyze, and resolve title‑related issues, escalating when appropriate
• Ensure accurate processing of title documents, lien perfection, and administrative tasks
• Identify process gaps or trends and report them proactively
• Maintain strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members to support departmental performance goals
• Work with minimal supervision while meeting productivity and quality metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain attention to detail
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred)
